Demo request form

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Business type (e.g. restaurant, salon, retail)

Server logs

When you load the site, our hosting provider briefly stores your IP address, user agent, and timestamp — for security and error diagnostics.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, but only when you accept the cookie banner. No analytics cookies are set without your consent.

• Handle your demo request and get back to you
• Understand how the site is used so we can improve it (only with your consent)
• Prevent abuse and keep the site secure

4. Legal basis

We rely on Art. 31 revFADP and — for EU visitors — Art. 6(1) GDPR:

5. Retention

We keep form data for as long as the sales conversation is active, plus any statutory retention period. Analytics data is deleted per Google's default 14-month retention.

• Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics) — processing in the EU and the US, covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the Swiss addendum
